Prestbury Investments LLP is the investment adviser to Secure Income REIT Plc, a UK real estate investment trust listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in which the Prestbury team has a very significant investment, providing strong alignment with all shareholders in delivery of its management and advisory servces to Secure Income REIT. Prestbury Investments LLP is supported in the delivery of these services by Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited, the privately owned parent company of a group specialising in indirect real estate investment, from which it receives a combination of equity returns and fees. The objective of the business is to continue to manage the investments to deliver value to shareholders.
